Bowigguf provides Property Title Guardian, Intellectual Property Fortress, and Regulatory Pathway services. Service scope is defined in individual engagement letters.
All content, materials, and work product remain Bowigguf's property unless expressly transferred. You may not reproduce or distribute without written consent.
Fees are invoiced as agreed. Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Bowigguf reserves the right to suspend services.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of non-public information. Legal professional privilege applies to attorney-client communications.
Bowigguf's liability is limited to fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Personal data is processed lawfully and securely. See our Privacy Policy for details. You have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
